Individuals from Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) captured 16 Bangladeshi nationals, including seven ladies and three youngsters, from Daulatpur fringe in Benapole on Thursday twelve.
The arrestees hail from various territories of Bagerhat, Khulna and Barisal.
Lt Col Ariful Haque, leader of BGB-49 force, said tipped off, a group of BGB directed a drive along the fringe and captured them while they were coming back to the nation from India without legitimate archive, reports UNB.
They were given over to Benapole Port Police Station.
A case was recorded.
