Death toll from February 26 Papua New Guinea quake rises to 125


Papua New Guinea police say a seismic tremor a month ago killed no less than 125 individuals and constrained another 35,000 from their homes. 

The Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary said Wednesday that real alleviation endeavors are in progress in the focal district where the size 7.5 shudder struck on Feb. 26. 

The official loss of life ascended from 55 a week ago and police said it could rise further.
