The English Football Association has fined Manchester City chief Pep Guardiola for wearing a yellow strip in help of Catalan government officials.
Guardiola was fined 20,000 pounds ($28,000) and cautioned about his future lead for advancing a political message.
Guardiola said not long ago that the lace was not about autonomy but rather support of "four individuals who are in prison when they didn't effectively be in prison."
Guardiola was alluding to Catalan legislators who have been imprisoned or went into oust after a withdrawal offer in October. The area held a freedom choice that was prohibited by Madrid.
Guardiola can keep on wearing the lace outside diversions - he wore it amid a news gathering Tuesday - however not on the sideline amid matches.
