HC rejects writ filed against quota system in govt job


DHAKA : The High Court on Monday dismissed a writ appeal to documented looking for reconstruction of standard framework in government occupations, reports UNB. 

The HC seat of Justice Syed Muhammad Dastagir Husain and Justice Md Ataur Rahman Khan passed the request in the wake of hearing the appeal. Promoter Eklas Uddin Bhuiyan moved for the request of while Deputy Attorney General Amit Talukder spoke to the legislature. 

On January 31, Advocate Eklas Uddin Bhuiyan, for the benefit of an understudy of Dhaka University and two columnists, documented the writ appeal. Bureau secretary, secretary to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), Secretary of Parliament Secretariat, Public Administration Secretary and PSC Chairman were made litigants in the request. 

Supporter Eklas Uddin Bhuiyan said the then government in 1972 had presented 30 percent amount for the opportunity warriors and 10 percent quantity for the ladies who were influenced amid the Liberation War. 

Afterward, the portion framework was improved. According to the transformation, five percent amount have been incorporated for Indigenous individuals while 10 percent as locale portion, and one percent for individuals with incapacities.
