LG, Butterfly to make LED TV locally


South Korean gadgets goliath LG Electronics is set to make LED TVs, iceboxes and aeration and cooling systems in Bangladesh, following in the number one spot of its countryman Samsung.

At display, Butterfly offers 100,000 units of LG-marked LED TVs a year. The organization is focusing on offers of 300,000 units in three years. 

The interest for TVs in Bangladesh is 10 lakh units a year.
