Russian spy: Boris Johnson warns Kremlin over Salisbury incident

The UK would react "heartily" to any confirmation of Russian contribution in the fall of previous government agent Sergei Skripal, Boris Johnson has said.

Who is Sergei Skripal? 

Colonel Skripal, a resigned Russian military knowledge officer, was imprisoned for a long time by Russia in 2006.
