Awami League (AL) joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif on Saturday named BNP acting administrator Tarique Zia as a psychological militant and blamed him for completing fear based oppressor exercises in Bangladesh from London, 
"Tarique started legislative issues of psychological warfare and took control over all fear monger exercises in the nation from outside soil," he told a joint broadened meeting of Chittagong city, north and south locale units of AL at Muslim Institute Hall this evening.
