Tillerson 'unaware' of reason sacked by Trump

Active US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson did not address President Donald Trump before he was sacked Tuesday and has not been given an explanation behind his ouster, a best helper said. 

"The secretary did not address the president at the beginning of today and is unconscious of the reason, yet he is thankful for the chance to serve, and still accepts emphatically that open administration is a respectable calling and not to be lamented," Undersecretary of State Steve Goldstein said. 

"We wish Secretary-Designate Pompeo well," he included, in a progression of tweets from his official record.
