The spouse of Donald Trump Jr, the oldest child of US President Donald Trump, has petitioned for separate, US media report.
They say Vanessa Trump is looking for an uncontested separation in a New York court.
The couple, both 40, have been hitched since 2005. They have five youngsters.
"Following 12 years of marriage, we have chosen to go our different ways," the couple were cited as saying by news site Page Six.
"We request your protection amid this time."
The couple gave no further points of interest.
An uncontested separation implies that authority over the kids and resources are not debated amid lawful procedures.
Recently, US media detailed that the couple had conjugal issues, calling attention to Mr Trump Jr's regular travel and his affection for online networking.
