BAT Bangladesh wins most female-friendly organization award

English American Tobacco (BAT), Bangladesh, got the most female-accommodating association grant under one of the Freedom Sanitary Napkin Inspiring Women Award classifications at the Women Leadership Summit; an activity of Bangladesh Brand Forum. 

BAT Bangladesh beat the rundown for adopting an all encompassing strategy on ladies strengthening and advancing female initiative in the association. This is the second award for BAT Bangladesh in this classification, a discharge said here today. 

Shehzad Munim, Managing Director and Rumana Rahman, head of HR, BAT Bangladesh, got the honor at a service held yesterday at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. 

"At BAT, we create, support and fortify ladies authority and we have effectively made a benchmark in Bangladesh for ladies with profession desires. Also, Nusrat Jahan Nitu, Junior Team Leader, GLT Operations, BAT Bangladesh, got Honorable Mention in "Yearning Women Leader" grant classification.
