Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader yesterday said a 22-part appointment of his gathering will pay a five-day visit to India soon.
"The calendar of the Awami League appointment's visit to Delhi will be settled inside a few days," he advised newsmen after Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Harsh Vardhan Shringla paid a civility approach him at the city's Setu Bhaban in Banani.
The visit will happen at the welcome of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Quader said. It will be both for the gathering and the administration, he included.
The AL general secretary said the appointment will meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, BJP President Amit Shah and other high-ups of the Indian government.
