Dr Zafar Iqbal shifted to cabin

Prominent author Dr Muhammed Zafar Iqbal was moved to a lodge from the ICU on Wednesday. He has been experiencing treatment at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in the capital subsequent to affliction genuine wounds in a blade assault. 

"Dr Zafar Iqbal was taken to the lodge at twelve as his physical condition enhanced," said Assistant Director of Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR) Directorate Rezaul Karim.

Prof Zafar Iqbal went under assault at the Mukta Mancha of Shahjajal University of Science and Technology (SUST) amid a festival program, 'Robofight,' of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) office on March 4. 

The famous essayist was first taken to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital not long after the episode. 

Afterward, he was transported to the CMH in Dhaka around the same time ot the order of Prime Minister Sheik Hasina.
