Youth held for ‘trying to enter’ chief whip’s meeting venue with knife

Police captured a young fellow equipped with a blade as he purportedly attempted to enter the gathering setting of Chief Whip ASM Feroz at the Bauphal upazila parishad assembly room on Wednesday evening. 

Monirul Islam, officer responsible for Bauphal Police Station, a gathering of the upazila instruction board of trustees went to by the main whip was in advance at the assembly hall when Abul Bashar Rony, child of Sekandar Ali of Nazirpur in the upazila, endeavored to enter it around 4pm. 

As Feroz's shooter halted him at the passage, he occupied with a fight with the policeman, he said. 

Afterward, the young was overwhelmed and captured, the OC stated, including that a blade was recuperated from him. 

Promptly after the occurrence, the main whip left the setting under the escort of police and the gathering was deferred.
